What information affects the quotation?
MI PACIFIC does not publish one price for every Alphard rental because the operating requirements are different for each booking. The quotation is prepared after reviewing:
- travel date and requested pickup time;
- exact pickup, destination and planned stops;
- point-to-point, airport, hourly, full-day or multi-day service format;
- passenger count and luggage quantity;
- chauffeur-driven or self-drive request;
- preferred vehicle and required features, subject to availability;
- waiting, parking, tolls, delivery or travel outside the agreed area, where applicable.
The written quotation should be checked for the vehicle, route, duration, inclusions, exclusions and any conditions that apply to changes or additional time.
Passenger and luggage planning comes first
Do not select an MPV from passenger capacity alone. Occupied seats, large suitcases, cabin bags, child equipment and business items all affect usable storage. Tell us the complete load before confirmation. If an Alphard is not the practical choice for the stated journey, we can discuss another available MPV format.
Chauffeur-driven or self-drive?
A chauffeur-driven Alphard can suit travellers who want a pre-arranged pickup and one coordinated plan for airport, hotel, meeting or event movements. A self-drive enquiry may suit customers who prefer to drive, but the vehicle, dates, collection or delivery arrangement and applicable requirements must be confirmed for the specific booking. Neither option is automatically better; the right choice depends on the itinerary and responsibility the customer wants to manage.
